Get your regular endorphin boost with Killer30 HIIT classes. For 30-minutes, the instructor will lead you through short, explosive bursts of exercise to get your heart rate up. Brief rest periods are placed in between so you can catch your breath and keep pushing through. This virtual, no-equipment-required series makes working out from home a breeze.

Meet your instructor, Master Steve

Hi, I'm Master Steve Rapport. I joined Hwa Rang Kwan Martial Arts Center when I arrived from London in 1992, and I have been teaching since 1995. I took over the school in 2001. I love teaching our students any and all fitness-related skills.

The general availability of the Classes is shown on this Class Details page. We recommend ensuring that those days and times of day will be possible for everyone participating in the class. Once you purchase the Class, you will be able to request the specific dates and times for your classes with the instructor.

If you are unable to find a time that works on the scheduling page, you can Contact Us to customize your booking. If for any reason, we are unable to schedule your classes we will offer you a full refund.

Where does your money go?

Finli has a 0% platform fee for schools and studios to list their classes. We add a 10% experience fee to the classes purchased to offset our payment and software expenses.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled at any point before the first class is scheduled for a refund or credit to apply to another class. Once the class is scheduled, you may reschedule or receive a credit to apply to another class with no fee as long as it is three days or more before your first class. If the instructor cancels the class within three days of the class, you may request a refund.

Reschedule Policy

Stuff happens and we encourage participants and instructors to be respectful of each other’s time but flexible where possible. Either party can reschedule a session three days or more before the session. Within 5 days of the session, both parties must agree to a reschedule.
